1. Q: Can I get some samples? Is the sample free?
A: Surely, samples can be provided for quality testing anytime. Normally we need to charge sample fee since the
surfboards/standard up paddle boards are high value.
2. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Normally it takes 15~20 days for an order (MOQ or 20ft container), but the exact delivery time might be different
depends on design, quantity & order time.
3. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Surely mix order is available, but we have MOQ request for each model.
4. Q: How does your factory do quality control?
A: We aim to provide high quality products in the market, so we attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end, and our professional QC dept. will checking for the whole production process. Also all products will
do inspection again before shipment.
5. Q: What’s the shipping?
A: Normally the goods will be sent by sea, air or express according to your requirements.
